Customer Service and Administration


 

We are a Retail Marketing Agency that specializes in retail contests, promotions and creative branding executions.

We are looking for a skilled and energetic candidate to join our team in the position of Customer Service/Office Administration.

NOTE - Job is IN-OFFICE 4 days a week and remote 1 day a week.

Working Hours are 10 am to 6 pm,

Key Responsibilities:

· Calling contest/promotion prize winners

· Arranging and tracking prizes orders and deliveries

· Handling promotion participants / winners’ concerns and questions (by phone and email)

· Liaise with promotion clients (i.e. store employees);

· Keeping inventory and liaise with warehouses

· Reviewing advertising and winner announcements

· Data entry

· Management of supplies required for day-to-day operations of the company

· Attend to incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier packages

· Assist employees in Client Services, Accounts Payable and Media departments on projects as required

Skills required:

· Good computer skills – efficient with MS Office

· Exceptional customer service skills – call centre experience an asset

· Highly motivated and proactive

· Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

· Extremely organized team player

Qualifications:

· Understanding of administrative and office practices

· Strong communication skills - oral and written

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize

· Good computer proficiency - Microsoft Office and Email / Internet systems

· Teamwork and cooperation

· Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team

· Represent the organization and team by projecting a positive and professional image at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North York, ON M2N 6K8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
